2010 is (was) not exactly my best year. It was a real roller coaster (though I think I say this every year). It tested me in a lot of ways, and many times I almost gave up and walked away.
But it’s true, God doesn’t give you problems you can’t solve, hurdles you can’t jump over. You just gotta hang in there because really, there’s no other way.
A big shout out to the people who’ve kept me sane all throughout the impossibly insane ride. Thank you for (indirectly) helping me make decisions. Thank you for the never-ending stories, coffee, drinks and laughs. Thank you for being a home I can always return to when the real world lets me down.
Though they say you gotta leave the past year’s stuff behind, there are some I’m not yet ready to part with - memories, people, the good, even the bad. It’s always going to be here with me, never totally forgotten, only laid to rest.
To all the douchebags, the bitches, the best friends, crushes, lovers and haters: here’s to another year, another round.
Here’s to hoping things will look up for 2011. I can’t put a finger on which I want to happen first, there’s just a list of things I want to happen. That’s it. Whichever comes first, THANK YOU :)
